Configuring self signed certificate in tomcat

I’m trying to follow this link –
http://www.sslshopper.com/article-how-to-create-a-self-signed-certificate-using-java-keytool.html – to configure a self signed certificate into tomcat.
I generated a self signed cert using this command…
keytool -genkey -keyalg RSA -alias selfsigned -keystore keystore.jks -storepass password -validity 360 -keysize 2048
Now, to install in tomcat Im following this link –
As the first step, its asking to do this –
Download your certificate files from your certificate authority and save them to the same directory as the keystore that you created during the CSR creation process. The certificate will only work with the same keystore that you initially created the CSR with. The certificates must be installed to your keystore in the correct order.
I’m confused here…
I just have .pks file created in my firststep, where can I get the certificate files, I don’t have one..Also, the first step just creates a pks file and not a cert file.
